Water Intake: It's best to alternate between hydrogen-rich water and regular water. For someone who already struggles with water intake, drinking 68 oz of hydrogen water in addition to 34–50 oz of regular water can be challenging. Instead, we recommend starting with two bottles of hydrogen water (2 x 10 oz) per day — one in the morning and one in the evening, and sipping regular water throughout the day. As this habit develops, the intake of hydrogen water can gradually be increased to up to 50 oz per day.
