Piurify ships from our U.S. warehouses.

  • United States: 1–5 business days

  • Canada: 5–12 business days

  • Other International Locations: Shipping times vary by destination. International delivery typically takes between 10–20 business days.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or holiday seasons.

Shipping Costs

  • United States: Standard free shipping on all orders. Shipping rates apply for Fast Shipping

  • Canada & International: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment directly through the carrier or via the Shop App.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

Piurify is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees charged once the package reaches your country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Incorrect Address or Missing Information

Please double-check your shipping details during checkout.
Piurify is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If you need to update your shipping address before dispatch, contact us immediately.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@piurify.com within 7 days of delivery.
We will assist you with a replacement or solution as quickly as possible.
