We make PIURIFY, so read this PIURIFY vs EVOLV comparison with that in mind. Every number below comes from a lab report you can open, including EVOLV’s own, and we say plainly where the H2GO is stronger.
1,000 PPB of dissolved molecular hydrogen equals 1.0 PPM, which equals 1.0 mg of H2 per liter of water. The range cited across clinical studies is roughly 0.8 to 1.6 PPM (800 to 1,600 PPB). EVOLV makes a well-documented bottle, so this comparison comes down to how much water you drink, what you pay, and how long you are covered.

Quick verdict: PIURIFY vs EVOLV H2GO
The EVOLV H2GO reaches a higher concentration in 10 minutes, 5,420 PPB against 4,090 PPB for the PIURIFY 10oz. PIURIFY gives you more water per fill, a lower list price, 60 days instead of 45 to return it, and a lifetime limited warranty instead of 13 months.
Pick the PIURIFY 10oz if you want the better everyday value: $129.99, 10 oz instead of 7.78 oz, about the same hydrogen in a 10-minute fill, and coverage that does not end after 13 months.
Pick the EVOLV H2GO if the highest 10-minute concentration from a small bottle matters most, or if you can get it at the $99 its product page displayed on our check date.

Hydrogen output: PIURIFY vs EVOLV lab results
Both brands use the same third-party lab. H2 Analytics in Henderson, NV measured these bottles with static headspace gas chromatography in distilled water, and each brand requested and paid for its own test. That makes the numbers unusually comparable. EVOLV’s report H2AR-240628-1 lists 2,870 PPB at 5 minutes and 5,420 PPB at 10 minutes.
EVOLV wins on concentration per cycle, and it is a real win. But concentration is only half of the answer, because you also drink the water it sits in. Multiply each figure by the fill volume and the picture changes:
| Bottle and cycle | Concentration | Fill | Hydrogen per fill |
|---|---|---|---|
| EVOLV H2GO, 10 min | 5,420 PPB | 230 ml | 1.25 mg |
| PIURIFY 10oz, 10 min | 4,090 PPB | 280 ml | 1.15 mg |
| PIURIFY Flask, 10 min | 4,860 PPB | 350 ml | 1.70 mg |
| PIURIFY 17oz, 10 min | 4,240 PPB | 500 ml | 2.12 mg |
| PIURIFY Flask, 20 min | 8,630 PPB | 350 ml | 3.02 mg |
| PIURIFY 17oz, 20 min | 6,290 PPB | 500 ml | 3.14 mg |
| PIURIFY 17oz, two 20-min cycles | 9,970 PPB | 500 ml | 4.98 mg |

In 10 minutes the 10oz lands within 0.1 mg of the H2GO for $69 less at list price. Our hydrogen water bottle buying guide explains how to compare cycle labels across brands. When you open any hydrogen lab report, check five things: the lab's name, the report number, the model tested, the fill volume, and the cycle length behind each number. Those five lines tell you far more than a headline on a product page.

EVOLV H2GO price vs PIURIFY PPB per dollar
Hydrogen per dollar is a useful check, as long as you can see which cycle sits behind each number. Here are both readings, at EVOLV’s $199 listed price:
| Bottle | Price | PPB per $, 10 min | PPB per $, longest |
|---|---|---|---|
| PIURIFY 10oz | $129.99 | 31 | 48 |
| PIURIFY 17oz | $151.00 | 28 | 66 |
| PIURIFY Flask | $179.99 | 27 | 48 |
| EVOLV H2GO | $199 | 27 | 27 |
Prices and specs verified October 30, 2026.
If EVOLV’s checkout charges $99, its figure becomes 55 PPB per dollar on either reading, which beats all three of our bottles on 10-minute value, and our 10oz and Flask on longest cycle. Check the price you are actually offered before you compare.
Warranty and returns: PIURIFY vs EVOLV

Where the EVOLV H2GO genuinely wins
- Concentration per cycle. 5,420 PPB in 10 minutes tops the 10-minute figures on all three of our bottles.
- A deeper document stack. EVOLV links an SGS water quality report and an SGS PFAS report on top of H2 Analytics. We do not publish those for our bottles.
- Named components. EVOLV names a DuPont Nafion N115 membrane and an aluminum sleeve.
- Simpler return costs. No recertification fee is stated in its policy.
- A strong HSA/FSA message. EVOLV states FSA/HSA eligibility on its homepage. PIURIFY also accepts HSA/FSA through Truemed. Truemed is for qualified customers. See terms at truemed.com/disclosures.
What PIURIFY does better than EVOLV
