We make PIURIFY, so read this PIURIFY vs HydroH comparison with that in mind. The most useful thing we can do is point you to a document: the H2 Analytics report linked from HydroH’s own product page, and put it next to ours.

1,000 PPB of dissolved molecular hydrogen equals 1.0 PPM, which equals 1.0 mg of H2 per liter of water. The range cited across clinical studies is roughly 0.8 to 1.6 PPM (800 to 1,600 PPB). HydroH’s original bottle costs $69.99, which is hard to ignore. So the question is how much hydrogen that price buys.

Quick verdict: PIURIFY vs HydroH

The HydroH original costs $69.99 and its linked lab report lists 560 PPB after 3 minutes, or 1,100 PPB with a shake. The $129.99 PIURIFY 10oz lists 4,090 PPB after 10 minutes. HydroH costs less up front. PIURIFY delivers more hydrogen per fill and per dollar.

Pick the PIURIFY 10oz if hydrogen is why you are buying a hydrogen bottle: 1.15 mg per fill against 0.22 to 0.65 mg in HydroH’s report, plus a lifetime limited warranty against 365 days.

Pick the HydroH original if the lowest price, a glass bottle and a 3-minute cycle matter more to you than output.

Hydrogen output: what the HydroH lab report shows

Report H2AR-250311-1, dated March 11, 2025, tested the HydroH glass bottle in a roughly 400 ml fill. H2 Analytics recorded 560 PPB at 3 minutes and 690 PPB at 6 minutes. With a 15-second shake before sampling, those rose to 1,100 PPB and 1,530 PPB.

HydroH’s product page describes the bottle as reaching 1,600 PPB in 3 minutes and 3,000 PPB in 10 minutes. The report does not list a 10-minute test, and its 3-minute results are below that page figure. We are not saying the page is wrong about a newer unit. We are saying the document linked from that page shows the numbers above, and you can read it yourself.

HydroH’s 3-minute, no-shake result of 560 PPB sits below the 800 to 1,600 PPB range cited in clinical studies, and its shaken results fall within it. PIURIFY bottles are sealed pressure chambers with a relief valve in the cap, and pressure lets more hydrogen dissolve. Our hydrogen water bottle buying guide covers how that works. When you open any hydrogen lab report, check five things: the lab's name, the report number, the model tested, the fill volume, and the cycle length behind each number. Those five lines tell you far more than a headline on a product page.

What about the HydroH Pro? The Pro costs $169.99, holds 11.8 oz, and lists 4,000 PPB at 5 minutes and 8,000 PPB at 10 minutes. Those would be strong numbers. Its product page did not link a lab report on our check date, so ask HydroH for one before you compare it with a tested bottle. Our closest match, the $179.99 PIURIFY Flask, measures 8,630 PPB on its 20-minute program (report H2AR-250918-1).

Where HydroH genuinely wins

  1. Price. $69.99 is the lower entry point, by $60.
  2. Glass body. If you prefer glass over plastic, HydroH offers it and our bottles do not.
  3. Speed. A 3-minute cycle is faster than our shortest.
  4. A longer stated return window: 90 days against 60.
  5. A strong Trustpilot score: 4.5 from 538 reviews on our check date. It is a company-level score, and ours is live on Trustpilot.

What PIURIFY does better than HydroH

  2. More hydrogen per dollar: 48 to 66 PPB per dollar, against 22.

PIURIFY vs HydroH: frequently asked questions

Is HydroH a good hydrogen water bottle?

It is a real bottle at a low price, with a strong Trustpilot score. Its linked H2 Analytics report lists 560 to 1,530 PPB depending on cycle and shaking. PIURIFY bottles list 4,090 PPB or more on a 10-minute cycle, so the question is how much output you want for your money.

How much hydrogen does the HydroH bottle produce?

H2 Analytics report H2AR-250311-1 lists 560 PPB at 3 minutes, 1,100 PPB at 3 minutes with a 15-second shake, 690 PPB at 6 minutes and 1,530 PPB at 6 minutes with a shake.

Why is HydroH cheaper than PIURIFY?

HydroH’s original costs $69.99 and PIURIFY’s 10oz costs $129.99. The PIURIFY bottle is a sealed pressure design with a higher lab-reported output and a lifetime limited warranty on manufacturing defects.

Does the HydroH Pro have a lab report?

We did not find one linked from its product page as of October 30, 2026. The page lists 4,000 PPB at 5 minutes and 8,000 PPB at 10 minutes. Ask HydroH for the report.

What is the HydroH return policy?

Its pages state a 90-day guarantee, and its refund policy also lists a 30-day return window, with conditions on the 90-day refund. Read the policy before you buy.

Is glass better than plastic for a hydrogen bottle?

Glass appeals to many buyers. Pressure matters too, because it is what lets more hydrogen dissolve. The PIURIFY 10oz and 17oz use food-grade polycarbonate and the Flask uses BPA-free copolyester, each with a sealed chamber and a pressure relief valve in the cap.
